Financial Statement Analysis

  This financial analysis highlights my capacity to lead organizational assessment and fiscal decision making. I evaluated liquidity, solvency, efficiency, and program service ratios to assess CAT’s financial position and identify areas where leadership could strengthen sustainability. The analysis required translating technical financial metrics into clear, accessible insights for board members and donors. 

The recommendations, such as diversifying revenue, improving expense categorization, and enhancing transparency, reflect my ability to apply leadership skills in nonprofit financial management. This work has informed how I assess partner agencies and advocate for resource allocation within public health systems.
