Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program Proposal
This budget analysis demonstrates my ability to use quantitative methods to assess program feasibility and operational cost structures. I developed a detailed budget, revenue model, and justification narrative for a non emergency medical transportation program, incorporating realistic staffing, equipment, insurance, and administrative expenses. I also calculated the number of Medicaid reimbursable transports needed to sustain the program and analyzed how small changes in mileage affect total revenue projections.
Completing this project strengthened my capacity to interpret financial data, evaluate cost effectiveness, and communicate analytical findings in a way that supports decision making. These skills directly inform my current work designing sustainable outreach strategies and advising programs on resource allocation.
