Opioid Overdose Data Analysis

This project demonstrates my ability to work with large datasets and apply analytical tools to uncover patterns related to overdose deaths. I used Excel functions, sorting techniques, formulas, and visualizations to examine overdoses by demographics, geography, and historical trends. The work required organizing complex information, identifying data limitations, and selecting appropriate methods to answer research questions. 

Completing this analysis improved my understanding of how data quality affects findings and helped strengthen my ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. These skills support the analytical side of my professional work, where I regularly use data to identify high need areas and shape targeted outreach strategies.
