 This evaluation plan demonstrates my leadership in designing a large-scale, mixed-methods assessment for one of the largest public opioid treatment programs in Washington. I developed a logic model, data collection strategy, quasi-experimental design, and dissemination plan that can guide program improvements and policy decisions. 

Completing this project strengthened my ability to lead evidence-based initiatives, coordinate across agencies, and translate public health data into actionable recommendations. These skills directly influence how I approach program planning in my current work, especially when designing outreach strategies and supporting interagency collaboration in Spokane County.
