Strategic Resource Planning

  This memo reflects my commitment to supporting community based organizations and advancing equity for Indigenous communities. I assessed AICC’s resource challenges and proposed a strategic plan that would strengthen sustainability, improve service delivery, and support long term growth. The recommendations focus on responsible stewardship, community driven planning, and collaborative decision making. 

This work helped me better understand the importance of cultural responsiveness and the role public administrators play in supporting nonprofit partners who serve historically marginalized populations.
