Policy, Performance, and Modern Governance for Public Admin
This paper examines how public administrators uphold equity, effectiveness, and accountability in modern governance. Through examples of transportation inequities, biased policing systems, and the misuse of performance metrics, I explored how public service values shape ethical decision making and service delivery.
This artifact shows my ability to connect theory with practice and evaluate how administrative choices affect real communities. It reinforced the importance of equitable service provision and informed the way I approach system level challenges in my outreach and coalition work.
